Terms of Service & Usage Guidelines

Last Updated: May 31, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HowRichAtlas platform (herein referred to as the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the conditions, protocols, and liabilities outlined below. If you do not agree, you are advised to discontinue usage of the Service.

2. Educational & Simulation Intent

All percentile metrics, Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) estimations, standard deviation wage profiles, and currency translations provided by this platform are simulated estimations modeled using historical economic indices. This tool is built entirely for general educational research and structural index simulation.

The outputs generated do not constitute formal economic filings, official demographic declarations, wealth guarantees, or certified tax documentation. If you require authoritative statistics for professional legal or academic publications, refer directly to official databases like the World Bank or OECD.

3. Fair Intellectual Use

Users are welcome to share custom-designed metrics cards on commercial social platforms, corporate channels, or personal blogs. However, any automated scraping, high-frequency querying, or continuous raw database extractions of coordinates for competing monetization is strictly prohibited without explicit mutual consensus.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and its resources are provided “as is” without representation or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous offline execution, total immunity from numeric discrepancies, or flawless calculations in all edge cases due to the fluid nature of macroeconomic data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the HowRichAtlas contributors, modelers, or developers be liable for direct or indirect professional, financial, or personal issues arising from user metrics interpretations, calculations, or reliance upon the statistical parameters provided.
